1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on the pak65 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and pak65. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through pak65, including sports betting, live casino, fish games, slots and any other entertainment products available on the site. They apply to all users regardless of which device or browser you access the platform from.

pak65 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are an active user.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

pak65 is an adult entertainment platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform. This age requirement is strict and non-negotiable. pak65 does not permit minors to register, deposit, bet or access any gaming content.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded from pak65 or had an account terminated for violations.
• The funds you deposit are your own and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

pak65 may request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited and the matter may be escalated appropriately. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

3Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account on pak65. Multiple accounts per person, or accounts registered to cover the same individual across different email addresses or phone numbers, are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pak65 reserves the right to close all but the original account and void any associated bets or winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, valid contact details and a date of birth that reflects your actual age. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — your username and password — secure. Do not share your login details with anyone else. pak65 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account details including email, contact number and name can be updated through account settings or by contacting support. Any changes to registered payment methods may require re-verification for security purposes.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

pak65 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as available. All deposits are credited to your pak65 balance in PKR with no currency conversion applied.

The minimum deposit amount at pak65 is PKR 200. There is no upper limit stated here, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside pak65's control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference number.

• Deposits are generally processed instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• Raast transfers process within minutes depending on your bank.
• Standard bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect.
• pak65 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — meaning accounts not registered to you personally — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawals from your pak65 balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within 30 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Before your first withdrawal, pak65 will request identity verification. This is standard practice on online gaming platforms and is required to process the withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC. Verification is a one-time process for most accounts unless circumstances change.

Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are completed. See the Bonuses section below for details.

• Withdrawals are only processed to verified methods registered in your name.
• pak65 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may do so.
• Requests submitted during peak periods may take slightly longer to process.
• pak65 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pak65 are subject to these terms and to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that particular market. Specific rules for cricket, PSL, football, esports and other covered sports are available through the relevant section of the platform.

General betting rules that apply across all sports at pak65:

• The minimum stake on most markets is PKR 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. If the odds change between you selecting and confirming a bet, you may be offered the option to accept the new odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless a specific cash-out option is available and active for that bet.
• Bets placed after an event has started are accepted as live in-play bets and are subject to the odds available at the time of placement.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. Generally, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within 24 hours.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing error on pak65's part, the company reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of outcome.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void in one selection results in the accumulator being recalculated with the remaining legs.

For casino games and fish games, individual game rules are displayed within the game interface. House edge, RTP and specific rules vary by game title. pak65 does not manipulate game outcomes — all casino and fish game results are determined by certified random number generation.

7Bonuses and Promotions

pak65 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are visible as a separate balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonuses in a systematic way to exploit promotional terms — including through coordinated play with other accounts — is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• pak65 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household and per IP address.
• Free bet winnings are generally credited as withdrawable cash once the free bet is settled, unless the specific promotion states a wagering requirement.

8Responsible Gaming

pak65 is committed to providing entertainment in a responsible way. Betting and gaming should always be a fun activity enjoyed within your personal means — not a way to generate income, chase losses or relieve financial stress. pak65 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it applies immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit has a cooling-off period before it activates.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been active in the current session.

pak65 does not offer gaming to individuals who have self-excluded. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register a new account during your exclusion period, that account will be closed immediately. All adults using pak65 are encouraged to set a personal budget before each session and to stick to it regardless of outcomes in play.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak65. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, termination and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, fix or exploit any game, market or outcome — including through collusion with other players.
• Placing bets with the sole purpose of exploiting a bonus or promotional offer in a way not intended by pak65.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to place bets, access the platform or interact with any feature of the site.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack or interfere with the pak65 platform in any way.
• Sharing, selling or transferring account access to any other person.
• Attempting to launder money or use pak65 for any financial crime.

pak65 monitors account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Any account suspected of these activities may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. During a suspension, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

10Account Suspension and Closure

pak65 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance associated with bets placed in violation of the rules may be forfeited. Balances that are legitimately yours and not associated with a policy breach will generally be returned to your verified payment method after investigation is complete.

You may close your own pak65 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, ensure there are no active bets and that your balance has been fully withdrawn. pak65 will process a closure request within a reasonable timeframe.

11Limitation of Liability

pak65 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to keep the platform running reliably — especially during high-traffic periods like PSL matches, T20 internationals and major football events — pak65 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

pak65 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from service interruptions, downtime or technical faults beyond our control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on third-party websites, social media or unofficial sources.
• Changes in odds, market availability or event scheduling outside pak65's control.

pak65's total liability to any individual player in any given circumstance is limited to the net deposits that player has made in the 30 days preceding the relevant event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

12Changes to These Terms

pak65 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect existing player rights, pak65 may also notify active users through on-site messaging or email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continuing to use pak65 after updated terms have been published means you accept the revised terms.
